Reminder timing is configurable per workspace, and Slack delivery just needs a webhook connected in settings. No more digging through a shared inbox for the renewal email nobody flagged.
Catch cancellation deadlines before they pass
The renewal date isn't the real deadline — the cancellation window is. Many contracts require notice weeks ahead, and if you miss it you're locked in for another term. Record each subscription's cancellation notice period and CostOrbit works out the real cancel-by date, then reminds you while there's still time to act. Auto-renew cancellation deadlines surface once they're within 60 days, so the window never closes on you unnoticed.
